This course aims to help you navigate 2024 as the election cycle is already in full swing! This course will not be discussing political candidates or encouraging you to vote for a certain person or with a certain party. However, we will be discussing the various triggers, coping mechanisms, and relational confusion that comes up and how to navigate it in an embodied and safer way.
